:poorfool: Greetings, I made a recent post on here requesting help because of the clients connection not working properly, it will not allow me to finish the (In file) client installation, I've downloaded the file already but when it hit the client it just stays at 0- it's been running for two days now and still nothing has happened, this is the third time I've downloaded it to insure if it was just an installation failure issue and i'm still experiencing the same problems as before. (Please before you make a re-mark on how it is my internet connection I decided to go a step ahead of the response and test the downloading client on another server, it worked completely. "I've run as Admin and turned my firewall off 100%") So please anyone out there who can give some sort of assistance please do, because this problem does not seem to be happening with others and I really cannot tell you how annoying it is to be experiencing the issues i'm having.

 

(PLEASE REPLY AND HELP ME WITH THIS MORE, I'M LEAVING A PICTURE TO SHOW YOU WHERE I'M AT WITH THIS)  Thanks, if no one replies I will assume your staff has more important issues, but from the looks of it I would give recommendation into having more people join your staff.

Have you tried using the 64bit version, i see from your screenshots you're using the 32bit version.

Yes, both versions seem to not be working what so ever. They just pop up on Task manager and do nothing.

I'm assuming that your client simply does not open, while continuing to run in the background. Unfortunately, I'm not quite sure how to fix your problem. If possible, shut down the application through your taskmaster, then perhaps try running the 64bit client (unless you're computer is only 32bit).

 

Personally, I've never had an issue like this, and without some form of error report it's hard to figure out what's gone wrong. I'll see if I can contact one of the staff / someone with technical expertise to help you out. For now, unfortunately, all I can ask is for you to be patient while we try to fix your issue.

Only thing i have absoloutely not tried is the Config.7z I can try it real quick and see if anything changes.

 

 

Also i have a 64x Bit I've tried 64, that's what it's in right now and still nothing is happening so far, so i really don't know what the issue is. It was working perfectly a couple days ago then it just kinda quit.

If the issue has arisen recently, that would imply that something outside of the RPHTiny files has changed. I've had issues with BattleNet causing issues in the past, but not outright blocking the program. Unfortunately, without an error log, there's no way to tell, and since the issue does not yield one it seems that you're stuck in a technical loop :(

It seems at the moment, the Config.7z file was not uploading correctly with the RPH tiny Download, i would have someone look at that. The program is working now!~
