I'd go into detail about the issue but this forum likes to not accept my posts and force me to retype all of it out.

I'm on a mac, objects sometimes just stop loading. 90% of them. I cannot reinstall, tight internet / 20kb's dl.

Even when I do reinstall, new client breaks just as often.

 

Please fix the Mac client, or if there is another solution please speak it.

I've cleared cache, edited the view distance IG, -- all the run of the mill things, so actually think on the matter and not be dense.

Before i make the relatively harsh comment: limit graphis, ENSURE that you're running the game on a DEDICATED and not Integrated GPU. The problem might be just here since already downloaded content takes exponentially less to load in general, unless your graphics card can't handle it. Also try doing .mod vis short when you login. 

On a different note, if it is indeed your computer, or your OS (could be possible) I suggest the following steps: check the integrated-dedicated 

Now here are two links which MIGHT prove useful, I'm not very familiar with Mac OS so I won't be able to provide actual input or concrete solution, apart from the relatively abstract approach I've presented you above. Regardless, the links.

Then again, it could also be just your internet. In any case, the Mac client shouldn't have any faults to such an extent in which the game is unplayable due to lag / inefficiency, and it's either A) your GPU as I've explained before. Or B) simply get a faster internet connection.

I don't run into this issue on other servers with mac clients. I am running it on my Dedicated GPU. My computer is able to run the game on High / Ultra + Far Distance with no issues when it is working. I have no issues with my OS relative to other games.
It is the client, believe me.

And on the subject of internet, I have a family that I need to take care of, and I live in a rural area of Canada. My options are limited.

My internet shouldn't conflict with how the game loads / renders objects. I don't have severe delay when playing, as I can run Cs;go with no issues at all, besides some relatively 'meh' MS. Movement in game from others is smooth for me, thus there isn't a real issue I could see from my internet.

Yes but the server's location could be an issue with respect to perhaps the not so modern hardware being used to distribute  bandwidth by your provider. The server i based in the EU, France (?) if I recall correctly. Running US / Pacific or whatever main hub your hosters use will naturally make it run a lot better in comparison to an EU based server.

Regardless, if it's really not the case, perhaps it should be Dr3ad or Goudy who to try and help you even further, my 'expertise' halts here. Good luck with trying to make it work, hope to see you around, online, in the near future !
