New command: .phase playlist #SoundID #LengthOfASongInSeconds will let you make phase playlists e.g 10 songs that will keep playing on loop from 1-10 and repeat. Every consecutive command use the song is added to the list. Use .phase pl clear to clear the playlist

Dunno if it's complete different scripting as opposed to executing gossip options etc, but perhaps a "Make NPC Play Sound... When Player Targets NPC"?

As far as I'm aware, there's nothing Blizzard has ever done ingame that follows this line of scripting. There's definitely information transmitted between clients based on who's target is who's, but I'm not entirely sure if the server can detect something like this. What causes NPCs to say things and make sounds when you click them are client-side files - so if you were looking for more of a personal effect, you could make a patch that did the same thing (almost).

that would infact be very spamful
