Hey folks - it isn't often that I make posts (as my post count rather clearly states), and it's even less common for me to make posts on any forum at all that concern issues such as this. However, as someone that has been playing since before Legion was released on RPH without issue, my own has caused me a little bit of confusion.

So, what's the issue?

As of late, I've started up my PC as normal and tried to launch RPH; it suddenly asks me for my region as if I had never launched it before, plays the obnoxiously loud cinematic and rattles everything inside of my head, then it seems that all of the settings have been reset. I try to log in, and it remains stuck on "Connecting" for anywhere between what must be 10-15 seconds before simply stating "You have been disconnected."

Now, as I stated earlier, I've never had this issue - or any issue - beforehand. I've tried to look through the folder itself for anything out of the ordinary, reset connections in the case that it was simply my own internet, restarted my computer several times over; so on and so forth. I've carried out most of the more "obvious" things to do with little success. So far, it seems that the only way I manage to be able to log in is to outright reinstall the client. However, whenever I turn my PC off for the night, head off to bed and then come back in the next morning, it seems to do the exact same thing over again; asks for my regions, all settings reset, doesn't allow me to log in. This has been occurring over the past two days, and I've had  to reinstall the client three times now - it technically fixes the issue, yes, but it seems to only be temporary.

Does anyone have any clue as to what might be causing the issue? I figure that it has to be something on my own end as the server is generally up when I'm attempting to log in, but the issue doesn't seem overly obvious to me. Perhaps I'm overlooking something, though. Regardless, any response would be greatly appreciated - thank you.

Something seems to be modifying your Config.wtf file and setting it to retail realmlist, so when app launches it tries to patch up (hence the pick language box) and that's why when you reinstall the client it works

Just make sure that the following can be found in your config.wtf

SET portal "logon.rpheaven.org"

If it disappears, just write it again.

Ah, okay - if the issue arises again I'll be sure to do so. Thank you both for taking the time to respond, much appreciated.
