NPC waypoints have been broken for quite some time now. Before the update to 7.3.5, it at least had a chance to work after a restart or crash, it was a very slim chance though.
Personally, I've had several phases that relied on NPC waypoints to make things feel more alive, but all of which now feel lifeless with motionless npcs that used to patrol or walk along paths. Please fix this feature, as I feel it could greatly enhance the feel of phases.
>Off-topic, but please fix .ph copy as well, it's also seemingly stopped working. Instead of making the mainphase NPCs visible to the phase, please consider changing it to physically copy NPCs from mainphase within a single zone. This would allow us to use retail placements and also interact with these npcs better.
