Returning player. Used to use the old 32 GB Legion client about a year or two ago and now that I'm using this smaller RPH client I keep having issues like this, but this specific error happens most often. I keep getting D/C'ed followed up with that error message. Sometimes the message says that "A streaming error occured" with the same WOW error code. Happens often whenever I walk around within someone elses phase, very rarely happens in the main one. Is there a fix or way around this?

Happens to me as well, other people have also experienced it in the past. Sadly I haven't found a proper solution to it yet but I think it may have something to do with internet connection. (Can't say wether its serverside or clientside though) For me it usually happens if I have to load a little too much quickly. For example it happened twice when I entered Whitehaven's phase. It also happens when I teleport to Suramar. Lowering your graphics may help and make sure to clear cache every time you launch RPH.
