Download new 8.2.5 client here. Custom gameobject patch has been disabled temporary as we're fixing the way custom patch is streamed to the client. Custom gobs will be back within 24 hours.

@  dr3ad : (01 November 2019 - 10:26 PM)

We updated to 8.2.5 as we had some issues due to Blizzcon today removing 8.2.0 version from their content delivery network and hence half of people getting "Streaming error". We will post new 8.2.5 Wow.exe in couple of minutes, you just need to drag it into your existing RPHTiny/_retail_ folder.

So I made the grave error apparently of entering mainphase Orgrimmar while exiting my phase. What followed was the locking up of my entire CPU and a crash of the entire system. When trying to force Task Manager open, I was greeted with this wonderful prompt;

I ran a hard restart and opened up safe mode only to discover there is no BSOD, there is no crash dump or event logging when this happened the second time I tried to log into my character still in Orgrimmar. Nothing else on my system is causing this heavy crash but WoW, that much I can tell. I'll get someone to teleport me out of there now that I've figured out that my client was slitting it's wrists and making explorer.exe crash from a serious overload coming from my client.

I don't have any idea whether this is related to the Elwynn forest crashes people were having in mainphase; but after several hours of trying to find the cause of it (being faulty drivers, rootkits, etc) the only constant I found was attempting to log into my character stuck in Orgrimmar on my client.

Whether this is just on my side or not I have no idea how to confirm, but I'm putting it here because that was a bit of a shock. Cheers.

I was having this problem too. Went over towards the goblin's area to look at some NPC models and got stuck with the window hanging up. I was able to get out by pasting in a .tele quickly on logging in, since it took a few seconds for things to lock up.

It's a huge issue so I'll leave this for anyone else that encounters the issue.

.tele start

Copy and this and once you relog quickly paste it you'll lock up again most likely but once you get back in you should be outta there.
