Everytime I try to pick my character Revontheus, I get a DC on the loading screen saying "A streaming error has occurred"

I was in old hillsbrad, and learned a new speel "Summon tamed bird" (I thin kthat it was called not sure) but I don't think any of those are the reason since I didn't insta DC when I learned the spell.

I don't know what to do halp!
